Universal service support for deaf users

What support is available?

Exemption from the payment of the subscription fee for the landline telephone service. 

 

What documents must be submitted?

A specific application must be submitted to TIM either when concluding the contract or during the contractual relationship. The application must be accompanied by a medical certificate issued by the competent health authority, attesting to the disability. Where the application is submitted by a user living with the disabled person, a certificate listing the members of the household must also be submitted.
